Dream Oil

Dream Oil is an herbal oil formulated to support relaxation, vivid dreaming, and nervous system ease. California mugwort (Artemisia douglasiana) has a long history of traditional use among indigenous California peoples and herbalists for its association with lucid and memorable dreaming, as well as its calming and mildly warming properties when applied topically.

When used before sleep, mugwort oil is commonly applied to the temples, wrists, or chest to encourage a relaxed state and support dream recall. It is also valued for its gentle aromatic and nervine qualities, and is used by some for easing tension and promoting a sense of calm in the body.

This oil is made from organically grown California mugwort harvested from our farm, and organic extra virgin olive oil. It is appropriate for evening body care, sleep rituals, and dream work practices.
